What the Capability Framework is

The Capability Framework sets out the knowledge, skills and behaviours for workforces to respond safely and effectively to family and domestic violence. It is for all workers and organisations who may encounter victim-survivors or users of violence in their work.

This entry is the document itself. For who it applies to, what it focuses on and what it deliberately does not do, see the Capability Framework page.

Section 2 of 2

Where it comes from

The Capability Framework was developed as part of Western Australia’s Strengthening Responses to Family and Domestic Violence System Reform Plan 2024–2029.
