The Operational Steering Group guides how WorkforceFDV delivers against the direction set by the Governance Committee.
What the group does
The Operational Steering Group is where the consortium coordinates delivery. It provides operational advice, keeps the partners aligned on the work in front of them, and escalates significant operational issues to the Executive Director and the Lead Partner when they need a decision above the group.
It is an operational body, not a governing one. Strategic direction is set by the Governance Committee, and the Centre for Women’s Safety and Wellbeing holds the funding contract as Lead Partner.
Who sits on it
Membership is the Executive Director and all consortium delivery partners:

- Council of Aboriginal Services WA
- Aboriginal Health Council of WA
- Community Skills WA
- Professor Donna Chung, Care+Justice Group, Curtin School of Allied Health
