Code of Practice: Live Online Practitioner Training

About this session

The Code of Practice for Specialist Family and Domestic Violence Services for Victim-Survivors provides ten guiding principles that exemplify best practice in service design and delivery for specialist family and domestic violence services working with adult and child victim-survivors.

This three-hour Live Online Practitioner Training has been developed to support practitioners to translate the Code of Practice from principle to practice. Delivered online, this highly interactive facilitated session supports participants to apply the Code in practice through reflection, case studies, and facilitated discussion.

Participants will explore trauma-informed and accountability-based approaches that enhance safety, consistency, and respectful engagement with victim-survivors.

Completion of the eLearning Package is a mandatory prerequisite for the Practitioner Live Training. It will be provided to participants by email after registering.
